Alexanders Natural Chicken Mince is a single protein mince, made using high quality human grade ingredients in the recipe. Consisting of meaty chicken backs for bone content, chicken breast fillet, chicken heart and chicken liver. This mince is finely ground down on a 4.5mm mincer plate, making the bone particles very small which disperse throughout the mince evenly.
